FOSSIL LOGIC SUBSCRIPTION-BASED SERVICES POLICIES

I understand that subscription-based services, such as Maintenance & Support, provide ongoing reliability, stability, and accountability for clients’ software systems. These policies guide Fossil Logic to deliver disciplined, secure, and predictable services to U.S.-based clients consistently and transparently.

Service Scope

All subscription services are defined by a clear service agreement that specifies coverage, responsibilities, and limitations. Services include bug fixes, security updates, performance improvements, monitoring, and advisory support, as detailed in the agreement. Any work outside the defined scope requires a formal Change Order.

Fees and Billing

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring schedule, as agreed in the service contract. Payment is due in advance for the subscription period. Changes to service levels, coverage, or fees are documented and approved through formal contract amendments or Change Orders.

Communication and Responsiveness

Email is the primary line of communication. All requests, incident reports, and updates are tracked and responded to promptly according to agreed service expectations. Informal communication channels do not override the documented scope or priorities.

Reliability and Quality

All services are delivered following Fossil Logic’s principles of disciplined engineering, security, and correctness. Maintenance, updates, and patches are applied carefully to avoid introducing regressions, preserving system stability and predictability.

Change Management

Any modifications to the scope, coverage, or deliverables of the subscription must be documented and approved via a formal Change Order. Unapproved changes are not implemented, ensuring consistent and reliable service delivery.

Security and Confidentiality

All client systems, data, and communications are handled securely in accordance with Fossil Logic’s Security Policy. Access is controlled and documented, and confidential information is never disclosed without explicit authorization.

Accountability and Support

Fossil Logic takes full responsibility for the integrity, reliability, and ethical delivery of subscription services. Guidance, documentation, and support are provided transparently, and any incidents or issues are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
